Your 2020 CDM Team says hello!
We are committed to keeping CDM
financially solvent and functioning beautifully. As Treasurer, I have been working with
our Accountant. I honor the
budget that you voted for and will be vigilant. I will not approve any non-budget
expense unless it is proven necessary. I
reviewed all 2019 expenses and while some categories went over budget, all
expenses were accounted for. There
was enough money to pay all bills on time.
The 2020 budget seems to be adequate to pay all expenses, not withstanding a
large emergency. I will send a brief financial report every month. Reminder: $713,956.59 Pesos were
received in delinquent dues; all of this was refunded back to the CDM homeowners.

Go to the CDM website, www.costadelmar.org.
- Click on Dues tab, in the drop-down menu click on Annual Dues.
- You will be redirected to the Owner’s Login page, to receive your password click on ‘forgot user or password click here.’
- This will direct you to a page to fill in your lot number & contact information. Then click on ‘request password.’ Your password will be sent to you via e-mail.
You will be able to view your entire account. All payments made will be available to only you. It is private. Dues paid by February 29th receive a 5% discount. Take advantage of this offer and pay your dues before February 29th.
