Thank you to everyone who pays his or her dues on time.
It is because of you that we are able to keep CDM services functional.
As your Administrator, my first priority is to ensure that everyone pays their fair share of costs to operate our Association.
I intend to contact all delinquent owners to discuss setting up a payment plan. I will explain to them why it is important to pay their fair share. My goal is for everyone to do the right thing and pay their fair share.
For those neighbors who refuse to pay their dues, I will follow Mexico law and begin legal action. I prefer not start legal action against my neighbors in CDM. Please work with me to establish a payment plan.
Our dues are reasonable for a beautiful functioning development where every sunset is free.
I also have responsibility to enforce all CDM Association bylaws and the Assembly Owners approved resolutions. I am also required to enforce any violations of the Sonoran laws.
