Annual Assessment Notice.
Payment made in full for the year will receive a 5% discount if paid by February 28th.
- You may elect to pay your assessment in quarterly payments.
- Quarterly payments due dates are: Jan 1st, April 1st, July 1st and Oct 1st.
- Your payment is late if payment is received after Feb 28th, May 31st, Aug 31st and Nov 30th.
- Late payments will be assessed a 5% penalty on the unpaid balance.
The assessment is billed in Pesos.
THE ASSOCIATION WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS
Payments can be deposited directly or electronically from your Mexican bank account or from your U.S. Bank account (international electronic transfer fees may apply).
